If you haven’t already noticed, gas prices have been crazy high these past couple of years. I remember back when gas was around $2 and it wasn’t even that long ago. With $4 a gallon gas prices, many people are looking for ways to save money. You could get a side job, start an internet business or even look into the Swagbucks scam to score some free stuff but all of these take extra time that many of us don’t have. So what actions are people taking? One thing people are doing is investing in a Vespa.

These are basically scooters. They’re like motorcycles but less powerful. You could buy a 50cc Vespa for under $1,000 for a 150cc one for around $2,000. The cc refers to the power of the scooter. The higher it is, the more speed it has. Just to be clear, scooters are mainly used for inside roads. You definitely don’t want to be driving one of these on the freeway. These are best for people who live in small towns or cities where all the places you frequently go to are near by. It’s a great way to save gas although a bit more dangerous compared to driving a car. It’ll also be a drag riding one on a rainy day. Many high populated 3rd world countries use scooters on a massive scale.
